These are the good guys. Reasonable callout charge and have always been on time, courteous and we've used them at least three times over 15 years. Any work they do is guaranteed for 12 months. They turn up when they say they are going to and I've always found their communications faultless. They sorted a vacuum blockage in my beloved Henry for next to nothing, I bought a reconditioned washer dryer from them which lasted just under 10 years and sorted my dishwashers broken door last week with no problems.
