My Bosch washer/dryer had just stopped drying, so really needed fixing before the really bad weather kicked in. I checked the reviews on WC Domestics and gave them a call. The response was almost immediate. Peter set to work straightaway on arrival. He protected my floor tiles from damage and located the problem sensor. I was dreading the cost of the repair, but was happily surprised. I am happy to recommend WC Donestics, long may they continue to give excellent service!

I must say I am impressed with the service I received from WC Domestics. my built-in fridge died after 21years, right in the middle of summer. my copy of Quick find had arrived early that week, I found WC Domestics contact number and spoke to Lesley and told her of my problem, Lesley took my details and rang me back within the hour, with the price and could install the next day. Joe arrived on time and removed my old fridge and installed the new one, all packaging was removed, I think this was a very good service and I will use this company again.

A couple of days before Christmas my washing machine broke down and I phoned WC Domestics fully expecting to have to wait until the New Year. An engineer arrived within about 4 hours and was actually carrying the necessary new spring. This amazed me as the machine is 20 years old.

"When our dishwasher failed, we called Washcraft who sent an engineer the following day. He quickly assessed the problem and located the spare parts even though the machine is a bit ancient. He returned a few days later, fitted the new parts and got it running again. 12 months guarantee on the work. All thoroughly efficient and professional. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them."

They were extremely prompt, coming out within 4 hours of me calling them. Peter is a hero in disguise!! He located the ring and took the machine apart to find it. He was friendly, prompt and efficient. In my opinion, they are very reasonably priced. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did for such a call out. Would 110% recommend this company and I will be sure to save their number for future use."

Pete came to our house, looked at the washing machine and told me to run two cycles to see it the fault had been rectified, he would not take any money off me until I called him to let me know the machine was ok. Grandson came next morning and fitted a new machine and talked me through how to use it.
